License

Orcanix is sold directly by Orieb Alzyout (the "Author"). When you buy a license you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use Orcanix under the terms below. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment as merchant of record; the license itself is granted by the Author.

Standard license

You may use Orcanix, in any of its editions, to build one end product for yourself or for one client. End users of that product must not be charged for access to it. You may modify the code and combine it with your own work.

Extended license

Everything the Standard license allows, plus the right to use Orcanix in one end product whose end users are charged, such as a paid software-as-a-service application.

What no license allows

You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute Orcanix or its source files on their own or as part of a template, theme, UI kit or starter that competes with it, even if modified. You may not claim the design or code as your own work in a marketplace.

Multiple products and teams

Each license covers one end product. For more products, buy one license per product. Everyone working on that product, including contractors, may use the files.

Third-party components

Fonts, icons, Nawa Captcha and other open-source parts keep their own licenses (SIL OFL, ISC, MIT). Their notices are in the licenses folder of the download and must be kept.

No warranty

Orcanix is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Author is not liable for damages arising from its use. The Author may end a license that is used in breach of these terms.
