We want you to be happy with Orcanix. Because it is a downloadable digital product, refunds work as follows.

Within 14 days

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if Orcanix does not work as described on this site and we cannot fix the problem, or if you bought the same license twice by mistake.

How to ask

Write to alzuotorieb9999@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

A refunded license ends, and the files must be deleted and not used in any product.
